DESCRIPTION:Summary of Voting rules: \n\nYou must bring the ballot. If the ballot is lost\, a one-time duplicate ballot can be requested and reprinted on or before April 18 for $3.00.  It is imperative that each household does not discard the enclosed ballot.\nBallot must be signed by owner of each single dwelling located in Clinton Hills.\nValid Driver’s license or picture ID must be shown.\nVoting Ballots will only be taken between the hours of 6pm and 8pm. This is due to the by-law that states “….present at the meeting”.  (The Board decided an average special meeting takes 1-2 hours.)\nBallots will be counted only if the member has dues and assessments paid through December 31\, 2019. (Any member can pay past due amounts up until the time of their vote in order to be eligible)\n\nWHEN WILL THIS HAPPEN? \nThis is your notification of said meeting on Sunday\, April 19\, 2020 between the hours of 6 and 8pm.
